NOT Made in USA: Jeans (Open Investigation)

    10.27.14 /

Del Mar Law Group, LLP is currently investigating claims by various jean manufacturers that their jeans are “Made in USA” (or similarly worded “Made in USA” representations). If you are a California resident and purchased “Made in USA” labeled jeans during the past four years that you believe may contain foreign-made component parts (e.g., zippers, thread, or buttons) then please contact our office for a free initial case evaluation.

American-made clothing brands make a persistent bet on long-lasting quality and radical transparency. In our search for ethical products, we are constantly looking for brands that value transparency and quality and reject the practices that surround cheaply made fast-fashion, and that’s why is so important to maintain the prestige of the brand, and integrity in all their manufactures.
